Develop, customize and support OnBase solutions to deliver critical business functions, meeting project objectives, and company goals
Analyze requirements to ensure information is complete and determine complexity
Serve as an active contributor on an Agile Scrum team, participating in sprint planning, refinement, estimation, reviews, and retrospectives
Collaborate with other technology teams to facilitate interfaces between OnBase and other systems
Ensure that solutions adhere to OnBase and Cigna best practices and leverage standard functionality where possible
Provide technical input into design decisions, proactively identifying risks and improvement opportunities early in the development lifecycle
Participate in peer code reviews to ensure code quality, standards compliance, and alignment with best practices
Maintain comprehensive documentation for existing and new development, including technical designs, configurations, and support processes

Proven experience of 5+ years in a role within software development with a strong technical focus on C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core
Hands-on experience with SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, query optimization and database design
Experience building and maintaining API-based integrations and REST/SOAP services
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
