Act as PMO for Motiva’s corporate Safety and Quality projects, ensuring planning, execution, monitoring and governance of initiatives across all Motiva units.
Develop and implement corporate programs, procedures, training, campaigns and actions aimed at promoting a culture of Safety, Quality and Risk Management.
Plan and track project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met, integration between areas, and providing support to units in implementing planned actions.
Develop and monitor strategic indicators, dashboards and digital platforms to track results, promoting standardization of information and data-driven management.
Prepare executive presentations and management reports for Senior Leadership, consolidating KPIs, performance analyses and progress of corporate projects.
Coordinate suppliers and service providers, overseeing contracts, schedules, deliverables, measurements, payments and project budget management.
Conduct performance and trend analyses of Safety and Quality indicators, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing corrective actions aligned with legal and corporate requirements.
Structure, implement and lead Safety Committees at different organizational levels, promoting alignment among leadership and business areas.
Participate in the drafting and review of policies, standards, procedures and work instructions, contributing to risk prevention and strengthening organizational culture.
