Respiratory Therapy Assistant – Proctor

Role Overview

• Educating staff and patients in all aspects of respiratory therapy & ECG
• Performing patient care activities including all forms of respiratory therapy, non-invasive cardiology, and other assigned duties
• Interpreting and executing physician orders
• Performing patient education
• Documenting all patient care errors
• Responding to emergency situations and codes immediately

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a Respiratory Therapy program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days
• American Heart Association (AHA)
