About this role

Lead the development of delivery strategies for large, complex, multi-region clinical studies (including mega studies)
Partner with Sales, Medical, and Operations teams to win new business and achieve revenue targets
Translate client needs into effective, competitive, and feasible clinical trial strategies
Evaluate feasibility, risks, country/site selection, and patient recruitment strategies
Develop and review project budgets aligned with pricing strategy and margin targets
Support proposal development, client presentations, and bid defense meetings
Ensure seamless handover of strategy to project delivery teams
Monitor study progress and adjust strategies as needed
Contribute to long-term business growth through cross-functional collaboration

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (advanced degree preferred)
12+ years of global clinical research experience (including operational delivery or drug development)
Strong knowledge of clinical trial design, GCP/ICH guidelines, and regulatory environment
Proven experience in strategy development and client-facing roles
Strong business acumen with budgeting, negotiation, and influencing skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix environment and lead virtual teams
