Execute outbound prospecting, mapping and contacting leads in strategic B2B segments across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, phone, and in-person at events);
Execute and manage active cadence sequences;
Qualify and schedule meetings (SALs) with decision-makers and C-levels at large enterprise accounts within long, consultative sales cycles;
Perform account intelligence before each outreach, understanding the lead's context to personalize communication;
Support closers in the pre-discovery: organizing information, collecting strategic account data, and assisting in proposal structuring;
Participate in ABM projects in parallel with outbound prospecting, contributing intelligence and execution;
Attend business events for in-person prospecting when required, with availability for occasional travel.
Requirements
Proven track record in outbound prospecting with demonstrable results;
Structured methodology for qualification and cadence organization;
Autonomy and discipline to work 100% remotely;
Strong time-management skills and commitment to daily execution routines and targets;
Resilient profile suited for long, consultative sales cycles;
Experience with large accounts and interaction with C-levels
preferred;
Experience with ABM and social selling
preferred;
Familiarity with CRM and cadence automation tools
preferred;
Availability to attend in-person business events when necessary.
