Sales Assistant

Role Overview

• Handle leads via phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Perform pre-sales: qualify leads and identify needs.
• Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
• Log interactions and updates in the CRM.
• Send commercial proposals and follow up on responses.
• Support funnel organization and sales reporting.
• Contribute ideas to improve scripts and approaches.

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple contacts simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
• Basic knowledge of digital tools (email, spreadsheets, WhatsApp Web).
• Experience with inside sales or pre-sales (SDR).
• Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., RD Station, Pipedrive, HubSpot).
• Basic persuasion, negotiation, or consultative-selling techniques.
• Interest in building a career in sales.
