Maintain the highest level of quality within the organization.
Facilitate organizational compliance with all quality policies and procedures.
Ensure materials and products comply with applicable regulations, specifications, and customer requirements.
Serve as back-up to the Logistics Manager in managing problem solving and root cause analysis activities with suppliers.
Perform quality and performance data analysis through the BHH CASS program.
Provide coaching and expertise of CAPA/RCCA methodologies.
Lead activities with stakeholders for root cause analysis, incident investigation, and other quality and risk management tools.
Create and manage Quality audit plans.
Review and audit internal processes, procedures, and products to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

Associate's degree in a technical field; or 2 years related experience and/or training in manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience
BS in management, technical, or related field, or demonstrated relevant and equivalent industry experience preferred
Minimum 3-5 years’ related experience in quality systems or continuous improvement related capacity
Strong knowledge and understanding of FAA conformity/airworthiness regulations and procedures a plus
Quality/supplier auditing experience a plus
Previous management experience a plus
