Handling administrative coordination for HCP engagements, including data entry, portal onboarding support, HCP tiering, and Conflict of Interest documentation completeness checks
Working with internal teams to confirm timely, accurate, and compliant onboarding of HCPs, escalating exceptions as needed and maintaining readiness for engagement
Supporting client onboarding processes within the healthcare sector
Handling confidential information with care and professionalism
Engaging in active listening to understand client needs
Demonstrating intellectual curiosity to enhance understanding of risk and compliance frameworks
Participating in client support activities to address and resolve inquiries
Utilizing teamwork skills to contribute to a collaborative work environment

Requirements
At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 1 year(s) of experience in HCP engagement operations, compliance, or medical affairs support
Working knowledge of Reltio, Veeva, Interactions Hub, or similar CRM/ HCP engagement systems
Understanding of fair market value tiering, COI management, license verification and debarment/exclusion screening processes
