Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all baseline reporting, ad-hoc requests and project initiatives
Operationalize reporting and related processes to monitor and assess the success of the campaigns
Work directly with business audiences to structure analytical problems and approaches, identifying the right questions to ask and structuring the appropriate analytical approaches in a way that business audiences understand
Conduct analyses that identify/assess business opportunities and address key business challenges
Formulate and execute queries, with reports that clearly answer business questions related to engagement, fulfillment, lifestage purchase patterns, etc.
Enable leaders to make timely data-driven product, market-development, and distribution decisions

3 + years’ experience in a Data Analyst or Performance Analyst role
Advanced SQL Server / AWS Athena experience
Experience with visual analytics tools e.g. Tableau
Experience/exposure to Big Data tools (i.e. Hive, AWS/ Python)
Advanced Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Visual Basic
Strong analytical skills and business acumen with an eye for detail and accuracy
