About this role
Role Overview
- Take responsibility for existing Abercrombie & Kent clients and build upon our rapidly growing client base
- Create memorable journeys for clients, managing them from initial contact through to travel arrangements
- Follow up with clients post-travel to seek feedback and maintain relationships
- Prepare quotes and itineraries tailored to client preferences within specified timeframes
- Maintain regular client contact to ensure satisfaction and service delivery
- Collaborate with team members and management to enhance efficiency and growth
- Represent Abercrombie & Kent at events and exhibitions
Requirements
- Passionate about travel
- Excellent knowledge of the luxury travel industry
- Experience within Luxury Travel Sales
- Sales driven and focused
- A positive team player
- Articulate and creative
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Keen to progress and develop a career within the travel industry
- Enthusiastic and fun
