Support the Sr. Leadership (e.g., CFO, Deputy CFO, SOT, EST, etc.) in strategic decisions and performance evaluation
Support preparation of financial decision-making analysis supporting key financial updates such as: MOR, Budget, and other key strategic initiatives
Support external messaging development/analysis by working closely with IR through Quarterly and Annual Earnings releases, EBIT, EPS, and guidance, and investor conferences
Build Board-ready materials that link short-term results to multi‑year enterprise objectives, including margin, cash, and capital return.
Synthesize bottom‑up submissions (regions, functions, EV, GPSC, Mfg, S&S, etc.) into a cohesive enterprise view, calling out structural vs. timing drivers.
Perform profitability analysis/modeling linking products to profitability to better understand overall P&L impacts.
Develop risk / opportunity frameworks (e.g., patch usage, GTC / stretch, contingency deployment) that show how management actions can move from baseline to target or guidance.
Partner with regional and functional teams to ensure MOR and Budget messaging is analytically sound, aligned with prior commitments, and consistent across all senior forums.
Requirements
Strong analytical skills/ Fundamental knowledge of corporate finance
A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or economics, MBA or Other Finance Masters degree a plus
5 years in finance or accounting experience
Familiarity with basic accounting principles and knowledge of financial statements
High business acumen and strategic thinking, ability to develop insights, communicate those insights (finance and non-finance) to influence the organization
Ability to organize and plan effectively, in ambiguous and continually changing environment
Learning agility and intellectual curiosity
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal guidance/supervision
Ability to network and build trust across peer group in regions and functions
Proactively work to resolve issues and move projects forward
Knowledge of corporate finance principles including ability to perform balance sheet analysis, net income statement analysis, cash flow statement analysis, knowledge of debt structures, etc.
Desire to learn the specific business that would be supported (Product Development, Supply Chain, Sales Service and Marketing, Manufacturing, etc.)
Comfortable presenting to GM Senior Management.
