Building Architect

Role Overview

• Support the design and deployment of Giga's data center product line across the United States
• Work at the intersection of standardized modular design and real-world project execution
• Translate industrial manufacturing approach into permit-ready architectural packages
• Develop architectural documentation, coordinate with stakeholders, contribute to rapid deployment of data center facilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's (B.Arch) or Master's (M.Arch) degree in Architecture
• 5+ years of architectural experience
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit for BIM modeling and documentation
• Experience producing construction documents and coordinating multidisciplinary projects
• Working knowledge of the International Building Code (IBC) and accessibility requirements under ADA and ANSI A117.1
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
