Requirements
- At least two years' experience helping customers.
- Natural communicator.
- Comfortable communicating on multiple channels such as phone, email, chat, Facebook etc.
- Creative problem solver.
- Curious and driven, with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Flexible and enjoys learning new things.
