Work with our key clients across multi-disciplinary teams, supporting project development for critical water & wastewater infrastructure investments and strategies.
Deliver integrated water servicing strategies and plans for new development precincts and sustaining capital assets.
Deliver valued water and wastewater planning solutions in response to key drivers including growth servicing, asset renewals, asset reliability, system resilience, regulatory compliance, sustainability and liveability.
Consider and assess whole-of-lifecycle costs and associated risks and benefits in system plans, including comprehensive analysis of potential infrastructure investment opportunities, assessing their viability via master planning, business case frameworks, and feasibility studies.
Collaborate with internal teams, to bring together our design, engineering and advisory capabilities in the delivery of seamless client experiences.
Contribute to business development including connecting with clients, identifying opportunities and supporting pursuits.
Support junior members of the water team in the development of their asset management and planning skills.
Requirements
5-10 years of industry experience, preferably in business case development, management consulting or engineering.
A bachelor's degree or higher in Asset Management, Engineering, Project Management, business, economics or similar.
Demonstrated experience in water and wastewater planning.
Demonstrated experience in asset management frameworks, approaches and methodologies.
An aptitude for strategic thinking and solving complex challenges.
Experience with adaptive planning frameworks and approaches (not essential).
