You are responsible for planning, executing and analyzing our social media strategy across all relevant platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) for the French market
You create creative and engaging content that reflects the brand identity of ESN and More and resonates with our target audience in France
You work closely with the international team and local partners to ensure our social media activities are aligned with the overall brand strategy
You analyze the performance of our social media campaigns and derive concrete actions to improve reach and engagement
You ensure our brand messaging remains consistent across all social channels and keep our audience engaged with fresh content and campaigns
You build and grow our accounts for the French and French-speaking Swiss markets and drive community interaction
You identify digital trends and viral formats early
You travel to local events and creator content houses in France to capture authentic on-location content
You collaborate closely with our headquarters team to align international brand messaging
Requirements
You hold a degree in marketing, communications or a related field
You have more than 1 year of experience in social media marketing and have successfully managed social media campaigns for brands (preferably in the FMCG or sports nutrition sector)
You have a deep understanding of key social media platforms and tools and know how to create content that appeals to different audiences
You are skilled in analyzing social media data and use insights to continuously optimize your strategies
You are a team player, enjoy cross-departmental work and are familiar with the specifics of the French market
You are a native French speaker, speak very good German and have good English skills
