Role Overview
- Serves as the Meet Director for all Mako Swim Program meets and assists all other Meet Directors for all aquatics special events.
- Direct the Event Technician staff (7-10 students), including training, supervision, hiring, recruitment, discipline, and scheduling
- Assist Director with the development, recommendation, and management of aquatic budget.
- Prepare and present all aquatic event SOP's, all event evaluations, maintains roster of all eternal groups, facility use agreement, certificates of insurance and all event financial summaries.
- Prepares billing monthly for rental groups in the Aquatic Center.
- Provides administrative support for the Mako Swim Program
- Works with rental groups to develop event protocol and compliance of event rules
- Troubleshoot timing system issues during swim meets
- Office environment/no specific or unusual physical or environmental demands.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Have or completed 1st aid/CPR within 30 days of employment
- Complete certification courses within 1 year of employment when necessary.
- 1+ years experience in an Aquatic setting
