About this role
Role Overview
- Support a global finance team and assist with all Accounts Receivable functions
- Ensure accurate and timely posting of cash receipts for North American operating entities
- Lead collection of aged receivables for assigned customers
- Maintain Sales Tax Exemption status across systems for customers
- Follow A/R policies and support long-term strategic plans
- Improve A/R and collections procedures and processes
- Collaborate with leadership to promote continuous improvement and accountability
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in accounting or finance preferred
- Ability to work with in person and virtual team members
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- High level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, and a superior work ethic
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal/communication skills required
- Change agent mindset with focus on continuous improvement
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
