Role Overview
- Execute and schedule consistent, high-quality content across Facebook and Instagram to maintain brand authority and engage local audiences.
- Build and manage high-performing landing pages, lead capture forms, and qualification workflows, utilizing A/B testing to maximize conversion rates.
- Oversee lead routing and attribution within the CRM, ensuring all segments are organized and campaign-to-conversion performance is tracked.
- Design and manage automated email sequences, SMS workflows, and missed-call automations to ensure rapid engagement with inbound leads.
- Execute targeted email campaigns, newsletters, and database reactivation strategies to keep the brand top-of-mind for landlords, investors, and tenants.
- Implement and assist with AI-powered response systems and chatbots to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor key metrics including cost per lead, funnel throughput, and marketing-attributed appointments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Real Estate marketing and lead generation.
- Expertise in Social Media Management and Email Marketing.
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems and Marketing Automation platforms.
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing digital marketing funnels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work strictly within 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM GMT hours.
- A proactive, "owner" mindset with the ability to manage technical systems independently.
