About this role
Role Overview
- Analyze existing workflows and recommend technology-driven solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Manage change management activities and promote adoption of new systems, processes, and tools.
- Coordinate with IT, Operations, Finance, and other departments to ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and project milestones to senior leadership.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to support continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's degree or professional certifications (PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci Change Management, etc.) are preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in digital transformation, project management, business process improvement, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and enterprise transformation projects.
