Play a key role in ensuring software quality across multiple country instances of the platform
Work closely with development teams to detect bugs early in the software development lifecycle
Implement and continuously extend automated test coverage for a wide range of testing scenarios
Collaborate with country distribution and core domain squads to ensure quality goals are consistently achieved
Propose and drive process improvements as part of the company's continuous improvement strategy
Master the tools and components needed for your tasks
Follow established development best practices
Produce documentation and guidelines that support a 'quality as everyone's responsibility' culture

Solid experience with automated testing
Knowledge of at least one software development language
Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, or similar testing technologies
Experience building automated test suites for build/regression testing
Experience with CI tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, Bamboo, or similar
Ability to take initiative and be proactive on a daily basis
Genuine passion for software quality and testing automation
Curiosity about new technologies and tools, with willingness to take on new challenges
Active participation in decision-making, with a genuine interest in the insurtech/fintech space
English: B2+ (Upper Intermediate minimum), required for daily international team communication
Availability to work Portugal timezone regardless of physical location
