Support enterprise network modernization initiatives, including SD-WAN, PKI, and identity-based networking services.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure.
Support secure authentication services and certificate-based authentication solutions.
Monitor and maintain enterprise network connectivity and performance.
Configure and support switches, wireless access points, and related network hardware.
Perform network deployments, upgrades, firmware updates, and security patching activities.
Troubleshoot network, authentication, and connectivity issues across Windows and mobile platforms.
Support mobile device connectivity and secure access services.
Create and maintain network diagrams, technical documentation, and operational procedures.
Participate in network testing, validation, and implementation activities.
Work closely with security, server, and infrastructure teams to ensure reliable and secure operations.
Manage and resolve network-related service tickets and support requests.
Assist with physical network installations, equipment deployments, and infrastructure upgrades.
Provide regular project updates, status reports, and technical documentation.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in network administration
3+ years of experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting switches and wireless access points.
3+ years of experience supporting SD-WAN, PKI, and secure authentication services.
3+ years of experience troubleshooting network connectivity issues on Windows and mobile devices.
3+ years of experience creating, maintaining, and updating network documentation and diagrams.
Associate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and customer service skills.
