YouTube Copywriter

Role Overview

• You develop and write YouTube scripts (long-form) that capture attention, spark curiosity, and build trust
• You immerse yourself in the target audience, offering, and market of our clients
• You research topics, theses, and hooks that work in the real market
• You use AI tools as support to research faster, structure content, and write better copy — the idea comes from you
• You revise and optimize scripts based on feedback, performance data, and learnings
• You work closely with strategy and editing to holistically improve content

Requirements

• Strong understanding of copywriting, ideally in a video or YouTube context
• Strong sense for capturing attention, storytelling, and driving conversions
• Performance mindset: you want to know why something works — and why it doesn't
• Understanding of the agency, coaching, and B2B markets
• You live and breathe YouTube and prefer watching educational content in your free time
