Partner with leaders across Oceania to deliver strategic HR solutions, workforce planning, organisational design, talent management and employee lifecycle activities.
Provide trusted advice and coaching to managers on performance management, employee development, change management and workforce effectiveness.
Lead complex Employee Relations matters, workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, restructures and Industrial Relations compliance.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, awards, enterprise agreements, HR policies, WHS requirements and organisational procedures.
Analyse workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Support employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, learning and development, and employer value proposition (EVP) initiatives.
Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver HR projects, policy enhancements and people programs that support organisational objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organisational Development, Psychology, or a related discipline
3–5+ years' experience in a HR Business Partner or similar HR generalist role
Strong Employee Relations and Industrial Relations capability, including knowledge of employment legislation, workplace compliance, and change management principles
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook, with the ability to analyse data, manage reporting requirements, and support informed decision-making
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, with strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, coaching, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and sound judgement.
