About this role
Role Overview
Operate laser marking equipment to mark parts in accordance with specifications, drawings, and work instructions
Perform manual and mechanical deburring to remove burrs, sharp edges, and excess material
Clean parts using approved equipment and processes to meet quality and cleanliness requirements
Operate part balancing machine and document results as required
Sort, inspect, handle, and move parts through various stages of the production process
Support machining, production, and inspection teams with a variety of utility and secondary operations
Identify nonconforming parts or quality concerns and communicate issues to supervision
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company policies
Comply with all safety, quality, and operational procedures
Perform additional duties as assigned to support changing production needs
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment and processes
Ability to follow written work instructions and verbal direction
Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
