About this role
Role Overview
Advise employees on topics such as financial well‑being, insurance, retirement provision, and personal finances
Serve as a point of contact across multiple channels (phone, email, digital)
Handle customer inquiries from consultation through implementation
Explain complex topics in an easy‑to‑understand way
Actively contribute to the development of our services and processes
Requirements
Completed vocational training, a degree, or relevant experience in customer advisory, insurance, banking, financial services or customer service
Career changers with a strong service orientation and an interest in financial topics are also welcome
Enjoy working with people and taking on advisory tasks
Work in a structured, independent and solution‑oriented way
Excellent German language skills
Confident use of digital tools, CRM systems and modern communication channels
