As a Marketing Project Manager, you will serve as the central coordinator responsible for translating go-to-market strategies into actionable marketing plans and ensuring flawless execution across multiple initiatives.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, creative teams, and marketing partners to manage project timelines, drive alignment, oversee campaign readiness, and support the delivery of customer-focused marketing programs.
This role requires strong project management capabilities, operational excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in cross-functional project or program management.
3+ years of experience managing project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications.
3+ years of experience using project tracking and reporting tools, including Excel and collaborative planning platforms.
3+ years of experience supporting marketing operations, campaign execution, launch planning, or go-to-market programs.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
