Design, develop, and maintain Mainframe applications using COBOL, CICS, IMS DB/DC, DB2, MQ and VSAM.
Experience in Netron Frame technology.
Experience in enterprise-level ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Service Manager, etc.) and their operational workflows.
Worked on waterfall and agile methodology projects; capable of handling
Incidents, Service Requests and Change Requests simultaneously.
Provide technical troubleshooting and resolution for complex application and integration.
Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Mainframe applications and database queries.
Develop technical documentation (Knowledge Base articles, SOPs) for business and support teams
Understand both functional and technical requirements and provide implementation/change options aligned with business needs.
