Responsible for the technical management of complex cases, with a focus on the strategic handling of litigation, extrajudicial matters and advisory work.
Review documents and materials submitted by clients, proposing effective defenses and legal alternatives aligned with identified risks and opportunities.
Manage deadlines and procedural steps, mentor less-experienced professionals and participate in strategic meetings with clients. Draft and review court filings, appeals and standardized templates, ensuring technical consistency and adherence to the Firm's guidelines.
Represent clients at all levels, including hearings, oral arguments and negotiations.
Contribute to internal training, develop support materials and review documents prepared by junior attorneys.
Support continuous improvement of processes, assisting with ISO 9001 maintenance, identifying non-conformities and promoting corrective actions. Ensure compliance with data protection and information security regulations, safeguarding the integrity of the processes under your responsibility.
Requirements
Law degree with active OAB registration
Knowledge of Civil Law and Civil Procedure
Knowledge of Banking Law
Experience drafting and reviewing court filings, contracts and agreements
