Role Overview
Monitor and provide support in processes assessing the impact of business regulation on the institution, seeking to understand the risks involved and the cost–benefit relationship of necessary process changes.
Provide operational support in processes for identifying and assessing risks and internal controls.
Assist in compliance analyses between external regulations, internal standards, and corporate policies.
Contribute to Compliance risk monitoring activities.
Assist with the institution's Due Diligence procedures.
Support the preparation and delivery of training to employees.
Assist in disseminating Compliance department information.
Assist in preparing documents, reports, and routines relevant to the Compliance area.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Compliance Program initiatives.
Assist with and participate in inquiries and corporate investigations.
Assist with and participate in the execution of Internal Audit activities.
Schedule meetings and assist in organizing events promoted by the Management team.
Answer internal and external phone calls.
Guide internal and external clients on administrative aspects of the Management department.
Attend to and advise external regulatory and oversight bodies.
Receive and record all incoming documentation in the Protocol log.
Type texts, articles, official letters, and other documents.
Deliver documents to other departments.
Organize the Management team's working papers.
Participate in drafting and reviewing documents related to the Management department's Quality processes.
Enter data into management systems.
Attend meetings, inspections, and visits to other departments.
Make notes, record non-conformities, and prepare recommendations.
Request internal IT, telephony, and maintenance services.
Perform other tasks of the same nature and level of complexity.
Requirements
Enrolled in an undergraduate program in one of the following fields: Nursing, Accounting, Law, Management, Pharmacy, or other Health-related areas.
Minimum: 4th semester (or higher).
