Attending to the clients and answering any queries, with supervision from members of the team.
Drafting documents bundles and producing research.
Involvement in newsletter and article development and activities.
Meeting time recording requirements.

Requirements
A degree in LLB or completion of the law conversion course (or in the process of completing).
An interest in Employment law.
The ability to work in harmony with others, and to contribute to a pleasant working environment for all concerned, will be important.
Attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritise workload.
An aptitude for learning and be able to show initiative.
IT literate
You will have some experience within administration in a legal environment.
Previous Paralegal or experience within a similar role is desirable.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and confidence to challenge constructively and offer alternative approaches.
Solutions focused approach with drive to improve processes and outcomes.
Strong organisation skills, taking full ownership of tasks and ensuring delivery within agreed deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas and influence decision-making effectively.
Adaptable approach in managing workload and supporting others.
Ability to work collaboratively and team-first attitude.
