Warehouse First Line Manager

Role Overview

• Inspire a warehouse team to deliver exceptional accuracy, productivity, and service
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the activities of a team of operatives
• Provide leadership, motivation, and training to ensure operational effectiveness
• Ensure all daily targets are met
• Operate necessary warehouse equipment as trained
• Use the Warehouse management system (RESUS) to assist in the location and retrieval of products

Requirements

• Experienced in leading successful teams in a complex, fast-moving logistics/warehouse environment
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities
• Computer literate; experience with WMS systems
• Capable of driving mechanical handling equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
