Role Overview
- Manage a portfolio of governance and control activities
- Implement policies/processes and/or initiatives to meet governance and control guidelines
- Act as a technical lead on key control initiatives
- Integrate knowledge of the enterprise sub-function’s strategy in developing solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams or projects with significant resource requirements
- Solve complex problems and guide others to new solutions
- Participate in the intake of applicable regulation and impact assessment
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Advanced business understanding and knowledge of risk and control functions
- Advanced knowledge of governance, risk and control procedures, strategies & tactics
- Ability to establish goals and objectives that support multiple teams
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
- Skill in using analytical software tools, data analysis methods and reporting techniques
- Experience in acting as a lead expert resource in technology controls / information security
