Leverage sales experience to strategically build relationships
Understand and successfully articulate the benefits of indoor LED displays compared to other technologies
Proactively cold call AV Integrators to educate on Daktronics products
Develop strategy to onboard target integrators
Collaborate with AV Sales team to gather market intelligence and effective strategies
Understand project and customer needs and involve appropriate sales and support teams
Develop and present dynamic presentations in various settings
Develop weekly sales plan including customer meetings, presentations, trade shows, cold calls, and planned calls
Utilize Salesforce to manage accounts, sales opportunities, leads, and all customer management functions
Work schedule includes evenings, weekends, and overnight travel

Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, technical area, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Mechanical aptitude
Effectively exercise discretion and independent judgement
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to meet all workplace safety requirements
Preference for 3-5 years of field sales experience including negotiating and purchase agreements
Experience selling to or working in the Audio-Visual Industry is a plus
Strong computer skills to include but not limited to Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce, and LinkedIn.
Previous experience using Salesforce is a plus
