- Managing Production and Operations Excellence areas
- Ensuring safety compliance and alignment with performance objectives
- Delivering budget in terms of production volumes and cost control
- Supporting PGM in plant management
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment and supervision
- Experience in packaging is an advantage
- Experienced in Lean and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, Kaizen)
- Degree in a science, technology or engineering subject preferred
- Fluent French, Fluent spoken and written English; other languages advantageous
