Supports the Store Manager to elevate every aspect of the store experience through optimizing product flow, efficient store operations and visual merchandising
Cultivates a welcoming and inclusive environment for genuine customer experiences
Takes an active role in recruiting, hiring, and retaining a diverse and engaged team
Provides timely and specific employee feedback to create a culture of action and accountability
Assesses staff scheduling needs and manages team availability
Collaborates with leadership team to assess product sell-through and identify store successes
Holds team accountable to scheduling and timekeeping policies
Increases store sales through customer service and maintaining stock levels
Requirements
3+ years store leadership experience
Proven record of hiring and developing great talent
Strong understanding of merchant process and ways it impacts the business
Experience in coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution
Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays
