Experience in automation development using Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) and Copilot agents
Strong experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages & IVA)
Ability to design and build workflows, automations, and integrations
Understanding of security and governance (DLP, RBAC, identity)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
Experience working with structured delivery practices (CI/CD, testing, documentation)
Microsoft certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400) (desirable)
Azure certifications (AZ-900, AI-900, AZ-204) (desirable)
Experience with Copilot Studio or AI-enabled automation (desirable)
Knowledge of API-led or event-driven architecture (desirable)
Experience with Alteryx or data-driven tooling (desirable)
Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g. ServiceNow, SAP, GIS) (desirable)
Interest in emerging technology and intelligent automation (desirable)
