Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget parameters
Define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle
Understand the project deliverables and scope in the Statement of Work
Develop, manage, and document all production schedules, milestones, projections, estimates, and budgets for customer-assigned projects
Client and client stakeholder management & acceptance
Responsibility for project budget and financial success metrics
Serve as the customer’s first point of contact to manage expectations and communications
Manage the project team, including assigning individual project tasks
Requirements
3-5+ years’ experience as a project manager
Enterprise commerce experience preferred either within an agency, systems integration consultancy or within an online/digital department of an established B2B or B2C company
Experience with project management principles, processes, tools, and techniques
Experience working in Agile and Waterfall software development environments
Experience working with nearshore/offshore teams
Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills
