Design, build, and maintain highly reliable CI/CD pipelines that support large-scale, cloud-native microservices
Build and maintain developer environments (local, ephemeral, and cloud-based) that are fast, secure, and easy to use
Define and implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Helm to manage cloud resources and Kubernetes workloads
Partner with engineering teams to standardize deployment, testing, and release workflows
Improve platform observability, security, and reliability across the SDLC
Mentor other engineers and contribute to technical design discussions and architectural decisions
Drive continuous improvement by identifying friction points in the developer experience and delivering practical solutions

5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or related roles
Strong hands-on experience designing and operating CI/CD systems (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins or similar)
Solid experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and orchestration (Docker, Helm)
Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform
Strong proficiency in at least one programming language such as Go, Python, or similar
Experience working in AWS or other major cloud platforms
Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles, testing strategies, and release management
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence platform standards across teams
