You will be part of the team — this is not a back-office role.
As a developer you won’t be isolated behind your terminal; you will work closely with clients and consulting teams.
You help find and develop solutions instead of just processing predefined tickets.
You design, extend and integrate Odoo solutions for our customers — from requirements analysis to production-ready deployments.
You contribute to our standard products and can take real product responsibility there.
You support our customers and consultants in finding solutions — technically, pragmatically and on an equal footing.
You introduce new topics into our infrastructure and processes.
New internal requirements continually arise for our processes; you will actively shape and embed these solutions.
Requirements
Self-driven: You work independently, take ownership of your tasks and drive them forward without needing to be pushed.
Technological openness and breadth: You don’t limit yourself to a single technology and enjoy learning new ones.
Python and the Odoo framework are (or will quickly become) your home; XML, PostgreSQL, JavaScript/OWL, REST APIs and Git are familiar to you or of interest.
You are comfortable with Docker and Linux, and you are familiar with or eager to work with CI/CD pipelines.
Customer-facing skills: You can interact directly with clients, listen, translate between domain experts and developers, and represent solutions confidently.
Enthusiasm for new topics: You see new topics, products and projects as opportunities, not a burden.
Very good German language skills: You work closely with our customers — fluent German, spoken and written, is therefore important.
Initial professional experience is sufficient. You don’t have to be an Odoo veteran — what matters more is your willingness to learn quickly and take responsibility.
Nice to have but not required: experience in consulting or B2B development; experience with ERP systems or supporting your own software products.
