Lead national and regional business development strategy focused on insurance carriers, TPAs, independent adjusters, and brokers.
Own the lifecycle of target accounts: identification, relationship development, onboarding, and long-term account success.
Assist in developing and executing a national and regional business development strategy aligned to Canadian market conditions and organizational growth objectives.
Maintain a high level of knowledge relating to the carrier initiatives and assist in system alignment.
Manage revenue growth targets and ensure National Account coverage goals are met.
Act as an ambassador of the SERVPRO brand within the Canadian insurance industry.
Conduct structured quarterly and annual business reviews with key accounts to assess performance, growth opportunities, and program alignment.
Serve as a bridge between national insurer relationships and franchise-level execution.
Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in business development, national accounts, or strategic sales within insurance, restoration, or related service industries.
Deep understanding of the Canadian insurance claims environment and restoration economics.
Demonstrated credibility and effectiveness when working with insurer stakeholders.
Experience within franchise, distributed, or multi-unit business models preferred.
Proficiency with software commonly used in the insurance and restoration industries.
Strong core competencies including strategic selling, commercial negotiation, executive presence, relationship-based influence, data-driven pipeline and performance management, persuasive communication, presentation skills, and a high degree of accountability and execution discipline.
