About this role
Role Overview
Manage a portfolio of clients, including client onboarding, coordination, and billing administration.
Process monthly payrolls accurately and within established deadlines.
Coordinate payroll-related payments to employees and relevant third parties.
Handle employment onboarding and termination procedures from a payroll perspective.
Prepare payroll-related forms, documentation, and statutory submissions.
Register new companies with the relevant authorities, including the Inland Revenue Department and Jobsplus.
Register new employees with the appropriate authorities.
Process employee terminations and ensure all necessary notifications are submitted.
Provide support and guidance to clients on payroll-related matters and queries.
Liaise with internal departments to understand and address client requirements.
Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Assist with any other payroll and administration-related duties as required.
Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience in payroll administration or a related role.
Experience using Shireburn Indigo payroll software is considered essential.
Payroll-related qualifications or courses will be considered an asset.
Strong understanding of payroll processes and employment-related administration.
Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
