Drive value-oriented, consultative sales rather than aggressive cold calling. Identify, negotiate, and close high-value deals with recurring revenue potential.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our high-demand compliance solutions tailored to specific client needs and business goals.
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) and prepare transparent account status reports.
Keep your finger on the pulse of the global e-commerce ecosystem to build expert-level industry knowledge and anticipate market trends.
Represent the company at major industry events, webinars, and face-to-face client meetings (approx. 3–4 events p.a. across the DACH region and Europe).
Collaborate closely with the broader sales team to identify regional growth opportunities, and provide mentorship and guidance to junior business development team members.
Requirements
2 to 5+ years of successful professional experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development—ideally within professional services, e-commerce, tax compliance, or SaaS.
A BSc/BA degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, but equivalent practical success is highly valued.
Native or C2-level German combined with professional, fluent English (C1) is a must for navigating our international internal environment and managing DACH-region clients.
A consultative, value-driven partner mindset rather than a purely transactional telesales approach.
Outstanding presentation skills and the confidence to pitch directly to CXO/founder levels.
Highly organized, KPI-driven, and capable of maintaining a calm, customer-centric approach under pressure and tight deadlines.
Experience selling tax, global compliance, or dedicated e-commerce services is nice-to-have.
Additional Turkish language skills are a plus.
