Role Overview
- Design and develop new features for our Ruby on Rails platform
- Build robust backend logic and maintain modern REST APIs
- Write efficient SQL queries and optimize PostgreSQL databases
- Design and maintain internal admin tools
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional software development experience with Ruby on Rails
- Strong SQL skills (especially PostgreSQL)
- Experience with REST APIs and the Rails frontend stack (Hotwire/Turbo/Stimulus)
- Fluent German (minimum C1 level)
- Proactive, agile, and enjoy working in a team
