Building, advancing, and maintaining automation workflows in n8n (primary focus), Make.com, or comparable platforms
Optimizing CRM and project management processes (e.g., Close, HubSpot, ClickUp, Airtable)
Data management: scraping, scoring, enrichment, and ensuring clean data flows
Integration of AI-supported technologies
Close coordination with marketing and sales teams to identify automation opportunities
Documentation, monitoring, and continuous process improvement during operations

Completed degree (e.g., Business Informatics or similar)
Native-level German
Experience creating and optimizing automations, ideally with n8n
Confident working with REST APIs, webhooks & JSON
Understanding of marketing and sales processes
Strong problem-solving skills, analytical work style, and a commitment to quality
Intrinsic motivation to develop further and learn extensively
