Drive product initiatives within the AI Agent Studio: Own selected areas of the AI Agent Builder and HITL interfaces to help enterprise users build, operate, and scale AI agents.
Translate user and business needs into product capabilities: Understand how customers configure agents for different transaction types, how reviewers use the HITL interface, and what business teams need to trust AI automation in mission-critical workflows. Turn these insights into clear product decisions.
Manage product execution end-to-end: Define requirements, write specifications and user stories, leverage AI to produce product designs, manage the backlog, and drive delivery in close collaboration with Engineering, Customer Success, and Delivery teams.
Work hands-on with customers and stakeholders: Collect feedback, analyze usage, validate assumptions, and continuously feed insights back into the product.
Support launch and enablement: Successfully bring new features to market by contributing to documentation, release communications, enablement, and internal/external readiness.
