Technical responsibility for solutions around Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
Design the technical architecture and make well-founded decisions on design, data model and integrations
Design, implement and operate applications using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dynamics 365
Analyze business requirements together with Business Analysts, perform technical assessments and derive sustainable solutions
Develop integrations to other systems and ensure a stable, scalable data exchange
Ensure quality through structured testing, releases and clean lifecycle management
Identify optimization potential in existing solutions and drive continuous improvement
Serve as the central contact for complex technical questions and contribute your experience to the team
Support colleagues as a sparring partner and share best practices within the team
Work closely with colleagues from Data, BI and Power Platform to contribute to an integrated system landscape

Several years of experience developing with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform in production environments
Strong understanding of Dataverse, data models as well as roles and permission concepts
Experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) and Power Automate
Knowledge of extending Dynamics solutions, e.g. with C#, .NET or REST APIs
Experience with integrations and interfaces and a good understanding of system interdependencies
Ideally experience with Azure Functions
Confident handling of deployment processes, testing and release management
Ability to break down complex technical topics in a structured way and communicate them clearly
Agile mindset and experience with Scrum and/or Kanban
Self-motivated, team-oriented and enthusiastic about actively shaping and advancing topics
Fluent German (C1/C2)
