Analyze business problems and opportunities, providing data-driven findings and recommendations
Gather and document analytics and reporting requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
Contribute to the design, creation, maintenance, and rollout of dashboards, reports, and data tools
Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to understand data needs and communicate findings clearly
Perform ad-hoc analyses to find answers to business performance questions
Prepare and present clear reports and analytical summaries for team and stakeholder review

Strong SQL skills with demonstrated ability to write complex queries independently
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role
Confident with learning new tools, technologies, and methodologies
Familiarity with data transformation tools such as dbt (a plus, not required)
Proficient in Tableau or similar data visualization tools with hands-on dashboard development experience
Experience with marketing and sales analytics (media and attribution experience a plus)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow technical and analytical skills over time
