System Administrator

Role Overview

• Support the operation and further development of IT platforms and enterprise systems
• Maintain, structure, and continuously improve IT data (e.g., system landscapes, applications, interfaces)
• Ensure high data quality, transparency, and documentation within IT systems
• Support the establishment and advancement of enterprise architecture structures (e.g., using tools such as LeanIX)
• Analyze and document IT landscapes, applications, and their dependencies
• Work closely with IT teams and business units to align requirements and data structures
• Assist in standardizing processes and governance topics in the IT environment
• Prepare reports, analyses, and decision-making materials for stakeholders
• Actively contribute to the optimization of IT processes and digital structures

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or an equivalent qualification
• Some professional experience in IT administration, platform operations, or working with enterprise systems
• Ideally experience with LeanIX or similar tools in enterprise architecture management
• Strong interest in data quality, documentation, and structured working methods
• Basic understanding of IT landscapes, applications, and interfaces
• Strong organizational skills and a reliable, structured approach to work
• High service orientation and enjoyment in collaborating with IT and business stakeholders
• Good written and spoken English; German language skills are an advantage
• Confident use of digital tools and ideally some experience with IT documentation or governance systems
