Identify key stakeholders within client organizations and create tailored engagement plans to secure buy-in and active participation in change initiatives.
Develop clear and effective communication plans and training programs to disseminate information about changes, address concerns, and equip employees and leaders with the skills and knowledge required to thrive in the evolving work environment.
Proactively identify and address resistance to change by implementing mitigation strategies and fostering a supportive environment for employees adjusting to new processes and technologies.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of change initiatives. Regularly assess progress, gather feedback, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.
Work closely with UX researcher to interpret user feedback and design workshops, focus groups, communication and other tactics to gather insights form users.
Align change strategies with the organization's broader sustainability objectives, ensuring that new initiatives support long-term environmental goals.
Track the sustainability outcomes of change initiatives and adjusting as necessary to improve environmental performance.
Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of Adoption/ Organizational Change management or similar communication-based role.
Excellent communication skills are essential, as the Organizational Change Manager must be able to articulate the vision, strategy, and benefits of change to a diverse audience
Deep understanding of ADKAR
Gamification as an adoption tactic
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively across the organization are critical for successfully managing the people side of change.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics will ensure the successful adoption of new initiatives and a positive employee experience.
Knowledge of or willingness to learn about sustainable workplace practices that can be applied by employees.
