About this role
Role Overview
1st-level support: Answer application questions quickly and competently via chat and ticketing system
2nd-level support: Reproduce complex bugs in the test environment, document them, and forward them to the development team
Ticket & chat management: Prioritize inquiries by urgency and maintain structured communication with customers
Cross-team collaboration: Coordinate with colleagues and escalate to development or other teams when necessary
Customer satisfaction: Interact with users individually and empathetically
Requirements
Technical affinity: Enthusiasm for digital tools and business software – ERP, SaaS, ticketing systems
Basic knowledge of Excel and Outlook is a plus; SQL and HubSpot will be taught
Quick comprehension for structured analysis of customer issues
Strong communication: clear, precise, customer-friendly – in German and English
Empathy & service orientation
Team spirit & willingness to learn
Fluent German (native or C1+) and very good English skills
